Morgan Wallen, the Morgan Wallen Foundation and Second Harvest Food Bank of East Tennessee proved that “teamwork makes the dream work” with their “HELP” campaign. Together, Wallen, his foundation and the food bank along with the community collected essential food items during the Second Harvest food drive throughout Tennessee.

Donated Over 140,000 Lbs of Food To Hurricane Relief

Wallen and comedian Theo Von were on hand in the country superstar’s hometown of East Tennessee on Wednesday (Oct. 9) to greet volunteers donating food and their time, as well as tour some of the affected areas in East Tennessee.

According to Second Harvest of East Tennessee’s Senior Manager of Engagement and Marketing, Michael Torano, Wallen and his Morgan Wallen Foundation were able to donate 6 semi-trucks full of food, totaling 143,423 lbs of food.

Over 106,552 Meals Donated

Ahead of the Second Harvest food drive, members of Wallen’s booking agency, The Neal Agency, and management company, Sticks Management, volunteered for the Morgan Wallen Foundation to pack disaster relief kits in Nashville and Smyrna Second Harvest Food Bank locations.

The volunteers were able to pack over a dozen pallets that included more than one thousand disaster relief boxes (filled with food and a can opener). Each of the disaster relief boxes provides six meals, equaling to 6,552 meals and 16,380 lbs of food deployed from Middle Tennessee to affected areas.

In addition, the Morgan Wallen Foundation’s virtual food drive has also already led to over 100,000 meals to those impacted by Hurricane Helene in East Tennessee, North Carolina and other affected regions. Virtual donations are still being accepted HERE.
